Jeremy Crowle Fine Art
Jeremy Crowle is a multidisciplinary artist from Vancouver, Canada. Born (1978) and raised in western British Columbia he draws inspiration from a coastal landscape and evolving social culture.
Jeremy splits his practice between creative firms and his studio, exhibiting his personal work internationally while furthering interest in typography, education and architecture. A fascination with civic environment is ever present in his personal work, collaborating on public installations with Burnkit, Kris Krug and Antonio Millares III. He spoke of a love for space at Pecha Kucha, and participates on Vancouver Biennale’s advisory council. Last year Jeremy set up an open access letterpress studio at W2 Community Media Arts as well as led “teach to teach” oriented workshops targeting members of the downtown east side community.
Jeremy's institutional approach to a multidisciplinary practice has allowed for a prolific studio - incorporating photography, painting, sculpture, printmaking, video, and communication design into his personal work. He currently lives and works on Galiano Island, investigating the dynamic of space and relationship.
