Would you like to relieve soreness and strain in your shoulders and neck? Improve your coordination and expand your range of motion? How about have an overall sense of ease in yourself?
Using clear directions and awareness through movement lessons, you'll learn to attend to your whole self and further your understanding of the basic relationships between your neck, shoulders, tension and postural habits.

What distracts you from being present and relaxed? Do you have tight hip joints, a sore back or eye strain? Would you like to be more comfortable and concentrated?
Using awareness through movement lessons that are meditative and relaxing, you will experience how to bring mindfulness to what you are doing; learning to free yourself from tension, pain, postural and emotional habits. All ages can experience these classes. Please bring a mat or blanket.

Leave with concrete ideas about how you can make a difference and effect changes in terms of your own food security, community and environmental impact. Open to all.
