Galiano Fitness Centre Schedule: Sept.06- Sept.12th
(the open hours are all supplied by volunteers and a new schedule is made every Sunday night)

Monday:6:30-7:30am,9-10am,10:30-12pm.
Tuesday: 9-11am, 12-1pm, 2:30-3:30pm.
Wednesday: 9-10am, 11-12pm,7-8pm.
Thursday: 9-11am, 2-3pm.
Friday:7-8am, 9-10am, 3-4pm.
Saturday: 11-12pm, 7-8pm.
Sunday: 8-9am, 4-5pm.

!!THE NEW TREADMILL HAS ARRIVED, COME AND TRY IT OUT!! a big thank you to the following organizations, businesses and people who have helped make it happen: The Hummingbird Pub, The Galiano Trading Co., The Galiano Healthcare Centre, The Galiano Lions, The Galiano Garage, Janice Oakley and Martine Paulin, all the floor hockey players, and all the people who have made personal donations!! Thank you, we couldn't have done it without you!

The Fitness Centre continues to be open an average of 25hrs a week. Thank you to all of the volunteers that make that happen! Equipment List: Treadmill, Elliptical trainer, three bikes (one recumbent), two rowing machines, stair climber, Smith Press, two universal gyms, bosu ball, assortment of yoga or fit balls, balance board, punching bag, free weights, dumbbells and last but not least skipping ropes.
