The OCP process continues to roll along, and if you ever need to see the latest schedule of committee meetings, check out the OCP Calendar here: http://activegaliano.org/calendar-ocp-event . If your organization would like to have a calendar of its own, like that one, let me know and I'll set you up. Then your events will appear both on their own calendar, and mixed in with the other island events on the main calendar.

On the non-OCP front, this week we've got a seed saving workshop AND a counter-Olympic event that you'll have to choose between, because they're at the same time. (Here's the day specific web address: http://activegaliano.org/calendar-galiano-island-events/2009-10-17 )

SOCCER TUESDAYS (at the school gym) have appeared on the Calendar. Find contact info on those event listings, and encourage anyone you know that's into soccer to get in touch. As far as I know, they plan on continuing past the events that are listed so far.

Elders and Kids have Applefest on Thursday of this coming week, Thursday the 22nd.
