  2. Hey mate, my MacBook Pro display is not working so I was just wondering if I can run my MacBook pro’s hard drive on my windows laptop as external hard drive through caddy?? Pls pls help mate

  3. Bravo!!!! Thank you for having unbiased reviews. When I check reviews anything. I normally look for the negative reviews because that's when most people are telling the truth. I instantly subscribed after watching your review for the switchmate. I'm looking for something like that but more functionality and NO extra work like TP link. I'm moving into an apartment and I can't do anything to the walls. Please recommend me something that has easy instillation like the switchmate with no wires needing to be cut. Thanks once again and keep the unbiased reviews alive! It's much appreciated

  4. Although u are endorsed by some manufacturers, ur videos are most comprehensible.

I myself had been looking for a nas, but watching some videos I realized that the good stuff isn't affordable (enough) for me and might be overdoing it.
But lately I am looking for an easy way to backing up my desktop – either portable or nonportable.
I'm not interested in backing up my cd/dvd-images collection (making cd-images only takes 5').
Till now I used cloud storage and that works just fine with me.
I been thinking of acquiring a usb stick Kingston HyperX Savage 512GB. That should do perfectly.

What I'm looking for has to have 1 option that I absolutely want,
that is that I want to encrypt it with bitlocker.
Why? Because my pc – that constitutes of SSD + HDD – is fully encrypted with bitlocker. Therefore, everything I use on my pc is encrypted with bitlocker.
Not using bitlocker on a backup medium would mean my pc is less secure – eventhough my pc is fully encrypted.

    Got any ideas?

    Much obliged

  5. I purchased the HD Homerun prime and set it up with Kodi. Worked fine but when I paid the $60 and added "DVR" I lost the ability to watch most of the channels??? I've spent hours trying to figure this one out? Any ideas? ThX and love your videos!!!

  6. Good Morning/Evening: Hope you are doing good! Saw your review on the Logitech K830 keyboard. Was very impressive. Actually; I am looking for a keyboard which has dual connectivity option, One thru Bluetooth along with the USB receiver. The keyboard MUST be backlitted and also must have a mouse pad built within in. I want to connect my PC; Laptop; android and IOS devices all thru that keyboard. I have seen many options but there was something or the other missing. A humble request to kindly suggest one. Regards !!!

  7. LON, Im a pilot racing in the BAJA 1000, and Im looking for a way to get video out of our GOPRO cameras into a recording divide instead of to a 64gb micro sd, do you think this is possible using a BlackmagicDesign box from intensity? we already solved the energy issue by writing a permanent power supply, it just that the races run for over 30 hours straight, and we would like to add some kind of recording device that can store that much data… can you help?

  8. I want to buy WD My Cloud 4TB network storage box. can you please guide me on the queries below,
    1. I have a Dlink N300 ADSL2+ Router / Modem device for connecting to internet. I has LAN port that supports max. of 100 mbps speed. Do i need to replace it with a GB LAN supported router / modem, so that data transfer between WB My Cloud box &  iphones / Macbook / ipads / connecetd TVs on the same wifi network is faster.
    2. Also, i have read many reviews where it came out that network storage devices are slow when it comes to xfering data whether photos, videos or large files. Is it true? if yes, can the speed be improved by some configuration settings that have been worked out.
    3. I seem to like the WD my cloud network storage device and would like to purchase it, but before that someone please help me getting understanding / clarity on the above.
